We understand unavoidable issues do arise, however, we ask you try to give us at least 24 hour notice. If cancellations or no shows become a habit, we may reserve the right to ask for a deposit on your future appointments.
Our guests will generally receive a 10-15 minute grace period, and after that time we will call to check on you. If you are unable to make it in time or if we are unable to provide your full service within the remaining time allotted, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please remember we do have other guests, and these policies allow us to provide the best service possible to you and everyone else.
Guarantee Services & Products
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we ask that you please contact us within 10 days of your service. If you purchase a product and aren’t loving it, we will gladly accept returns for a store credit on any other products. Products must be returned within 30 days with at least 2/3 of the product remaining.

Gratuity is greatly appreciated but not required for our stylists or estheticians. Unfortunately, we can only accept tips in cash or a personal check. There are tip envelopes and a tip box located at the front desk for your discretion.
